Shipping policy

All our order ship from our boutique here in Breckenridge, Texas. All orders placed with Cactus Chic are processed and shipped 1-3 business days after. Processing times may vary depending on the holidays, weekends or busy times. We will ship as we receive orders. Usually orders placed by 4 pm cst , they will not be processed till the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 4, will not be processed till Monday. Holidays will add shipping delays so beware. Once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled, if we have an error in inventory we will email you (occasionally this happens) We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages... but we will do our best to see what happens or who to contact.
